Hazel has been wanting to do a seal trip for years but the normal boats are difficult to get in and out of. Poppy solves the problem with ease. We managed to park right by the slipway and then it was just a question wheeling her on via a simple ramp and strapping the chair down. The staff and volunteer were lovely and despite the fret that never lifted we had a great trip and saw dozens of seals. Mission accomplished in style! Thank you.”

We had the most fabulous trip on the Poppy boat last Friday. My mum hasn’t seen the seals or Blakeney point for 30 years. It brought back so many memories of happy times she spent out there in her younger days. We want to say huge thanks to our skipper, his mate, the meet & greeter’s & all the volunteers & fundraisers who made this experience possible. It’s something she will never forget & the smile on her face was priceless.
“We spent a week in Norfolk and my mum really wanted to see the seals, so a couple of months before we went, I booked a trip on 'Poppy'. They were friendly and accommodating, from the booking to the trip itself, we even got tips on where to get a good bacon roll afterwards (which actually turned into an amazing breakfast!!!) For us, this trip was about making memories and we now have some lovely ones which we will remember forever”

“We had a fantastic trip on Poppy yesterday!! James & his son Will were fabulous & had volunteered their own time to take us out. We learnt a lot about the local area & were lucky enough to see some seals. Amelia was awesome in booking us in & answering questions from my first phone call to enquire & then providing confirmation & information about where & when to arrive. The boat is so easy to use for both those in wheelchairs & the able bodied & we would definitely recommend this service to anyone that is considering using Poppy!!! “We went out on Saturday morning, nothing was to much trouble. It was lovely being able to create this memory with Ziva included. With her being in her buggy it was safe and stress free for me knowing she can’t attempt to climb out of the boat. It a must for everyone!.”

“This was such an amazing trip. All too often we have to accept that due to accessibility we often miss out on sharing experiences with our wider family. Poppy the wheelyboat meant we all got to make some magical memories together, even otis the dog got to join in the fun!
